I am a quality and environment engineer and I work as an upstream quality management assistant at KOKI.
What is your mission at Unicoque?
I am in charge of quality monitoring on the whole nut process, staff training in quality, health and safety, internal audits, coordination of environmental certification for the agricultural holdings.
What do you imagine in the future?
In the future I imagine the cooperative developed throughout France with shops in Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, etc ...
